Skyline Pro systems are digital products designed to help individuals and small business owners organize, track, and understand business information using Google Sheets.

Your purchase provides access to your own copy of the applicable Google Sheets system and any accompanying materials included with that product.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use and personalize the system for your own personal or business purposes.

You may enter your own information, customize the available settings and business lists, and use the system as part of your regular workflow.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original Skyline Pro product or its design.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for distribution, sublicense, or commercially distribute the system, its templates, or accompanying materials, whether modified or unmodified.

Each purchase is intended for use by the purchaser and their own business.

Skyline Pro digital systems are designed for use with Google Sheets. A Google account and access to Google Sheets may be required to use the product.

Google and Google Sheets are third-party services and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Skyline Pro Crew LLC. Changes made by third-party platforms may affect certain features or functionality.

You are responsible for the information you enter into your copy of the system and for maintaining access to and backups of your files.

Skyline Pro does not control the data you choose to enter into your personal Google Sheets copy.

Skyline Pro systems are organizational and informational tools. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advisory services.

Information, calculations, dashboards, reports, or other outputs generated by the systems should not be considered professional advice. You remain responsible for your business and financial decisions and for verifying information when appropriate.

Product features and accompanying materials may be improved or updated over time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to future products, additional modules, major new versions, or separately sold features.

Eligible purchases are subject to the refund period stated at the time of purchase.

For purchases covered by our 7-day refund guarantee through Hotmart, refund requests must be submitted within that period.

Skyline Pro systems, templates, designs, documentation, branding, and original materials are the intellectual property of Skyline Pro Crew LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you permission to use it under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying product or intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skyline Pro Crew LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use a digital system, reliance on information generated by the system, user-entered data, or third-party services.

We may update these Terms of Use when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, or business practices. The current version will be available on this page.
